The Road North

We set off Sunday 25 July 2010 but only made it to Glenbawn Dam just north of Muswellbrook on first night.

On to Burren Junction and the free camp next to the hot springs.

The joys of "free camping". Have Porta-Potti, will travel.

North into Queensland and the two "Grey Nomads" outside the Nindigully Pub north of Mungindi.

Meet up with old friends, Hans & Pat, Mick & Lori at St.George.

Fond farewells! Who says "real" men can't show affection.

Free Camp just out of Mitchell, Central Queensland. A great spot!!

The main attraction at Mitchell...the "hot springs".  40 degrees C being pumped up from 1 km down.

Next stop ---Carnarvon National Park and Carnarvon Gorge.
